Mr. Waggener is an experienced trial lawyer with more than 3 dozen jury trials tried to verdict. Prior to forming Waggener Law, PLLC, he worked for a law firm which represented insurance companies and at-fault parties. This representation gives him a unique advantage now representing injured parties against insurance companies. Mr. Waggener formed Waggener Law after deciding that representing insurance companies and at-fault parties always seemed to be about lowering the bottom line and not about doing the right thing.

Mr. Waggener began his legal career working as an Assistant Public Defender. He was then hired by a Civil Litigation defense firm where he specialized in personal injury defense. He worked for 3 years at this job, defending at-fault parties, arguing motions, and trying cases.

Prior to entering the legal field, Mr. Waggener graduated from Appalachian State University in 2007. Thereafter he worked in sales before deciding to teach English abroad in China. Upon arrival back in the states, Mr. Waggener moved to Orlando and enrolled at Barry University School of Law.

Currently, Mr. Waggener is a member of the St. Pete Bar Association, the Brevard County Bar Association, and the Florida Bar. When he’s not practicing law, Mr. Waggener enjoys spending time outside with his wife and two beautiful daughters.
